True, but if you tackled him out of nowhere you’d also be charged with something. Or if you stuff armed him and pushed him over like that. Football is naturally more violent than we can be in real life, and b/c all parties are consenting to play (I’m aware Rudolph didn’t consent to being hit in the head), the law never really gets involved ig.
