Well I can’t call it for sure. But sometimes when I go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 6 and it tells me 6.5 hrs and I’m like naw bruh.

its been pretty spot on for me sleep wise so far i dunno. but i havent put in any good sleeps yet. i mean i don't know when im in deep/light/rem to compare that shit but just the overall timing and SUCH seems cool.

went in early today, sitting around 22k at the moment. probably going in early again tomorrow but i dunno i might stay up late and wack off and by stay up light i mean till like 10 and by wack off i mean fuck a fleshlight with vr goggles and cry after

hey gaywads im not beginning a FITNESS ROUTINE

stop with this slander. I'm simply tracking my unhealthiness with technology. technology i purchased on a whim to fill a void in my soul, desperately in need of the dopamine hit of money leaving my bank and amazon delivery notifications hitting my phone

also i've been saying im cleaning up my act when i turn 30, and mentioned numerous times keto is the only thing that makes sense to me cuz i can stuff myself with bacon and eggs

also V challenged me today on the app and i fucking BURIED HIM. #ego

Im about to roll around on my mechanic stool the rest of the day to defy you. But nah we'll see what my average is. Im at 12k today on my lunchbreak so 20 is pretty much gonna be my mon-fri average. But id be surprised if i post 1k for an entire weekend. It also sucks i got this thing monday evening so its counting my 100 steps monday against my average.
