For me the goal is to be as close to being the same person in all avenues of life. I strive to be the same man at home, as I do at work, as I do in church, as I do online. Bags percentage is interesting because I have gotten to know Anthony pretty decently.

I think Bags is old Anthony turned up to 11. Yet, current Anthony is growing exponentially, and that is rubbing off on current bags. As to what the gulf is between the two...I cannot call it.

I respect 57% and also veritas comment agrees with my intial thoughts when I read the thread....... Im moving towards something new......quickly.....im not entirely sure who I am in the transition....I know where I am going though or atleast where I intend to arrive

I got srs elbow soreness during squats today. Enough not to be able to press/deadlift afterwards. I think I'm pinning my elbows down too much. Hopefully a form fix resolves the issue. We can only hope, really.
