We are saying the same thing using synonyms.

To me, Joy is happiness. Which is why I stated, you should never live in the pursuit of happiness. There is no path.

Living in the moment and being happy or joyful is it's own path you must create.

Moral of story - you are either happy or you are chasing the idea of happiness.
