It was according to the original Blue Beam theory by that French guy.

I only really heard about it when I moved up here.

Serge Monast. The technology he was referring to wasn't just used for religious apparitions though. Originally developed for military applications and social "programs"

Chyeahhh!!! 08-23-2013 01:05 PM

once Serge and that other guy he was with ventured into the scalar wave research though they both died of heart attacks

long range acoustic device, police and military use it for crowd control, etc, notice only the people targeted hear it, the people walking within range of the camera

Chyeahhh!!! 08-23-2013 01:13 PM

it's been a few years since I talked about this stuff so shit is damn near new to me again lol

Split 08-23-2013 01:18 PM

Chyeahhh this is called "directed sound", and it's not new or dangerous. Imagine someone talking to you a foot away. Then you realize that person is 30 feet away.

this is the equivalent of you condemning a flashlight for concentrating light unlike wholesome, unobtrusive candles

I can't believe you cited a Google Image Search of "spirals in sky" to somehow link whirlpools with atmospheric phenomena?

or maybe you can explain anything about anything.

A Voice Only You Can Hear: DARPA’s Sonic Projector

By Sharon Weinberger

Imagine a weapon that creates sound that only you can hear. Science fiction? No, this is one area that has a very solid basis in reality. The Air Force has experimented with microwaves that create sounds in people’s head (which they’ve called a possible psychological warfare tool), and American Technologies can "beam" sounds to specific targets with their patented HyperSound (and yes, I’ve heard/seen them demonstrate the speakers, and they are shockingly effective).

Now the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is jumping on the bandwagon with their new "Sonic Projector" program:

The goal of the Sonic Projector program is to provide Special Forces with a method of surreptitious audio communication at distances over 1 km. Sonic Projector technology is based on the non-linear interaction of sound in air translating an ultrasonic signal into audible sound. The Sonic Projector will be designed to be a man-deployable system, using high power acoustic transducer technology and signal processing algorithms which result in no, or unintelligible, sound everywhere but at the intended target. The Sonic Projector system could be used to conceal communications for special operations forces and hostage rescue missions, and to disrupt enemy activities.

Here’s the question of the day: if the military were to beam voices into somebody’s head, what would they say?
Chhyeahhh, get on AIM, I've a story to tell you.

umm, did I personally say anything about this being dangerous? lol it's soft kill technology meaning it can be adjusted, they can amplify the effects or lower the effects, it's all "tuning" associated, signals, frequencies, radio's knobs, get the picture? that's why some only hear voices, while some people can hear voices or experience vomiting. Again soft kill technology, look up LRADS, shit is plain as day b

dude your comparative analogy doesn't apply here, reference what I said above

I can't believe you cited a Google Image Search of "spirals in sky" to somehow link whirlpools with atmospheric phenomena?

I wasn't linking anything, warm water/cold water colliding regarding whirlpools (which in history haven't formed naturally on Earth without the induction of winds/ storms/ etc), dry air vs moist air for tornadoes, and what I've said about the spirals a few years ago, different plasma fields operating the same way opposing temperate liquids and jet streams act when they collide on an opposition level. I believe the Norway spiral and other spirals around the globe were two retroactive oppositions colliding, all which I've said before a few years back

or maybe you can explain anything about anything

reference above bolded quotes

@Vulgar, this is precisely why I hardly ever do a synopsis, too much typing lol

dude where did you find this? I had this on my favorites for research some years back and been looking for it since my comp got stolen last year

Chyeahhh!!! 08-23-2013 01:40 PM

@Split Eight

http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/1...05155/abstract

this is how I came to my conclusion in regards to the "Norway Spiral" etc. If you get the time give it a gander and let me know what you think

Chyeahhh!!! 08-23-2013 01:46 PM

also check out something called "the spiral factor/phenomenon" in nature. Combustion, collision, implosion, explosion all abiding by the same principles/ laws. It's pretty interesting
