Shit at my house is getting stressful...both my girl and her sister might lose their jobs. They work for non-profit organizations and both of their boards of directors are hinting at doing away with both their programs. This is stressful because we all live in the same house.

Not everyone has money for court shit man. Civil.court matters lawyers aint cheap and where im from they dont offer pretenders for that shit. But ya. This would be the way to go about it. Eapecially if you alrsy have an agreement worked out that she is mnot abiding by.

this convo interests me like a hole in the head but although there are not public defense attourneys available pro bono representation is an option worth looking into. where theres a will theres a way. although I imagine making some personal life alterations would probably be a more successful start to building a realistic course of action in retaining a larger portion of custody.

You don't need a damn lawyer to set visitation unless he's given up his rights as the parent.

All he has to do is submit documentation and serve her paper work to go back to court to discuss visitation.
