Zero dna of her ever being there
only his dna on the key? which was also a single key on a key ring?
body was definitely not burned on his property
his blood in the car but no fingerprints or hair or any other dna
compromised dna test on a bullet found months later in his garage after like 20 searches
reasonable doubt like a mug

His sweat under the hood of her car

When she initially came out he answered the door in a towel and freaked her out so she left

Phone records showing he called her a bunch of times trying to get her to come back under *67 hiding his number, then the day she went missing he called without *67

Shit like that. Basically the entire prosecution which made him seem guilty was left out lol. Google it

Fart 01-22-2016 10:55 AM

i have googled i havent found shit from a decent source and no one seems to be able to link anything

lmao @ the towel tho the guy is for sure a weirdo tho

Destroyer 01-22-2016 11:12 AM

everything that uh-oh pointed out is still not evidence of anything other than the dude being a weirdo

the sweat thing on the car is highly suspect as it isn't identified as sweat and could have been transferred there by the person who was testin inside the car, as they testified they didn't change their gloves before processing the hood area

there's quite a leap from answering a door in a towel to murdering someone and then burning their remains into shards

uh-oh 01-23-2016 07:51 AM

How about him purchasing chains and handcuffs the day before she went missing?

His excuse was ot was for his girlfriend, who had left him and was in jail

Destroyer 01-23-2016 08:34 AM

look for a pic of them
they're hardly shackles of any kind

Fart 01-23-2016 04:40 PM

nothing on the bed that would indicate chain or rope ever being tied to it lol

Adonis 01-23-2016 10:14 PM

Was a cool doc. Got boring but I powered through. I hope he did do it and I hope the nephew eventually gets out. He seems truly lost in his own world, I actually know a kid who acts just like that because of drug use while in the womb and other shit while growing.

In any case. I feel like Avery had a raw deal the first time around and that there was more then enough evidence to at least get a hung jury, then again if I was on the jury it def would have been well hung

ayy oh.

Guilty of bad jokes, he's a weirdo and probably did something, but should have walked

wasn't sweat.. it was undefined dna in a very small amount on the hood latch only, more than likely a transfer from officers who were going through his possessions.

the actual story her colleague told was that one time when she had been there he was in the splash pool. he emerged from the pool wrapping a towel around himself.. and that her reaction was "ugh" to his body. nothing suspicious here at all, she even returned to the property on multiple occasions after that.

2 calls *67 and then 1 without, she knew where she was going that day.. also steven's family knew she was due to come because the vehicle in question belonged to another family member. steven had told his family of his appointment that day.

to me.. this interview throws a sketchy light on these two, amongst other things.

The doc definitely is one sided making him seem innocent tho....I think that's wat sells it....the idea of a police conspiracy

Very interesting tho

Reasonable doubt was easily there imo....WEREN'T THE JURY WATCHING EP 7!?!?

Idk if I think he did it or not tho......tuff call

No blood splatter...!?!? I seen dexter....that shit don't add up.....an this stupid redneck didn't clean that shit up.....no way he could've done it correctly

Her blood in the vehicle suggests she was killed off the property and taken there

Felt bad for Ole brendan.....that boy dumb then a mug.....WRESTLEMANIAS ON SUNDAY MA..........u wot? U going down for murder an u worried bout wrestlemania? Poor kid.

Conflicting time lines from Brendan's brother and lt lenk

4 month property search

Montiwac er wat ever county investigating even after being told not to

Documentary makes it hard to feel like it wasn't a frame job

They didn't mention or show the handcuffs an rope shit that uh oh mentioned tho.........tuff call

Destroyer 01-30-2016 11:41 AM

hahaha welcome

Ghost1 01-30-2016 11:54 AM

LOL didn't dare come itt before watching

NC should have spoiler tag in the name of the site lol

Seyance 01-31-2016 02:25 PM

Police claimed they were leg irons. Instead of fluffy pink handcuffs that didn't have any of her dna on and there were no marks on the bed to say they'd been used.

Ex boyfriend killed her and knew Steve Avery would be an easy frame job, then took a major part in the search telling the women who found the car exactly where to go. Also giving her a camera and the direct police line that nobody else was given.

Lenk and colburn probs thought all there Christmas came at once and planted the smears of blood, key, bullet... Securing the conviction.. Also stopping the case currently being filed against them for the original 18 years.

I do also believe the judge was looking out for the supposed best interests of the county, knowing 36 mill coming from any area means all the rest suffers.

Fubar.

Ghost1 01-31-2016 03:39 PM

Yea I heard his attorney touch on the fact there was no proof of anyone being secured to the bed in his closing arguments.......still odd....Dafauq u need leg irons for? Lol

That's a good theory tho w the ex.........his portion of the doc wen questioned an cross examined was forgettable to me.....but I do remember most of wat u said to be true

Still thought it was wild that brendan went down for life just from them obviously coerced confessions.

~RustyGunZ~ 01-31-2016 03:52 PM

He did it

Dude was a budding psychopath before he got thrown in jail to live amongst established monsters for almost 2 decades

Destroyer 01-31-2016 03:53 PM

stop projecting

~RustyGunZ~ 01-31-2016 04:02 PM

Lolwut

Greed 01-31-2016 04:03 PM

Roomate boyfriend is weird, but so is the blocked calling from avery.

Leg irons for raping and general torture i would imagine. Although him being that thoroughly clean with the crime scene and still forgetting keys and leaving blood in the car could be possible for a redneck of this caliber. He has an unequaled 18 year rage for the first crime and basically was denied compensation. Its reasonable that he could make seemingly obvious mistakes.

I say investigate the roomate, if hes clean the right guy is in jail.

Ghost1 01-31-2016 04:22 PM

Cleaned the blood spatter tho? If they're saying she was killed in the garage and that the blood splatter from a close range head shot would send splatter to the point of almost mist u honestly think he was able to clean the garage properly? Did u see that stye? Plus the took samples of the garage concrete floor an found no dna

Greed 01-31-2016 04:33 PM

Or he could of had a tarp dexter style. Was the gun the murder weapon? I thought she was stabbed
