There's no debate on the subject. Everyone judges other people based on their clothes, appearance and where they come from/cultural history etc. even if they think they don't. It's how humans as a species work. It's ingrained in us as part of our survival instincts with minor differences.

In Costa Rica, we are governed by religion and fanatasim. This means that the Church has a huge impact on the goverment and society. Many trends (music, fashion, dance, movies have been banned because the church is against it. Funny quote: South park use to be watched on national TV. Until they made the episode abouy Costa Rica. It was okay to laugh at the U.S.A. It was okay to joke about Jesus. The devil. Cuba ...but not about Costa Rica. So.... to answer your question, Things are ran in an old fashion religious way |
