Vader is a man, first and foremost. yeah, he has the force. but a lightsaber can kill him and so can a lot of things if he's taken by surprise, which is batman's fucking MO dude.

Beating Superman only takes a fist full of kryptonite. Beating Vader requires shooting lightening from your hands.

Although, Vader is a bit of a hot head and an emotionally stunted pussy due to a poor childhood. Batman has dealt with his demons and is capable of emotional manipulation. I doubt Batman would ever go toe to toe with Vader, because he's not Christian Bale, he's Batman. Maybe Vader just gets angry and force chokes Bruce, or maybe he loses his composure and gets his legs seared off by lava after failing to recognize that Batman HAS THE HIGH GROUND.

Granted, it did take being clouded by the dark side and the emperor's use of the force over Vader's entire life to work his voodoo magic. I'd give Batman less than a 10% chance. I used sabermetrics to come up that value based on ballpark factors, ball in play averages and fielding strength adjustments.
