GTA elements are the theme, modern day, guns, gangs, crime, drugs etc

Skyrim elements are the gameplay. FPS. Open World. No linear do this and nothing else story line. thousands of NPCs with actual stories and missions to go with them.

I guess I should say more, Bethesda meets GTA
