Scranton is close enough to me, and I've been through there a few times. If you're looking for a hangout try the Woodlands Inn. It seems to be one of the few "clubs" in the area and locals frequent it, although the percentage of male to female there was like 70/30. But you have your lady on your arm so that doesn't matter.

My little brother went to LA a couple years ago, and stopped by the actual building that they filmed The Office at, and he saw Oscar just hanging around the set. They weren't even filming. He was just there.
