you should do at least a few early missions though, just because you'll reach stuff you can't access yet if you explore too early, and also because you'll have more money!

yeah you can stalk any npc and they will basically just go about their lives you can follow them from one end of town to another.

Did you know you can talk to NPCs by using the d-pad?

I started shit with a bunch of OGs in a car as Michael when i was walking by. Dude started gettin loud and waving the middle finger. They drove off and I hit the button again and they stopped dead in their tracks, got out the car, and started brawling with me. A bunch of their set rolled through, got out, and started lumping up on me too
