I was just put in the weirdest and most embarrassing spot of my career.
I had to terminate someone for masturbating in the bathroom, on the clock and the person who snitched him out via Video footage on his phone. Like I got called over to the Human Resources Directors office to assist HER with this shit. Apparently its an OSH issue? WTF... Jerking off on the clock is NOT a safety nor health issue LOL... Well, I can see health due to pathogens but jesus... Can't make this shit up... Going home for the weekend - SICK. |

Even tho nothing restricts someone from taking video or voice recording in a public facility. This so happens to be privately owned property tho, so IDK... There are always legal avenues to explore with attorneys tbh... I'm sure they will find some kind of loop hole in the labor laws LOL... |
