Obviously not. I don't like line limits for topicals in general.

Also, I think for tournaments every topic should be a phrase topic. Leagues should be more varied because there are no eliminations.

RHYME has always been a league. At least from what i remembered.

SEE! I think the league featured occasional tournaments, like the Art of Writing League does.

RHYME changed to tourney format because they could no longer sustain interest for more than a couple weeks, as members grew to be really old and shit
