I got this idea where I write doctor sues style but with better rhymes OBVI but incorporate actual lessons and shit, that when the parents read to there kids it dawns on them that they just read actual knowledge.

Well first off decide off rip if your in it for money and fame and willing to put years tears and a lot of money into it, or if you're gonna do what you want get published and test the waters first.
I tested the waters an am now working on a more serious book to try an make money off of. If your trying the first route, save your money get your stories books imagery concepts and marketing schemes in order before contacting an editor or publishing company. Yes their job is to do most of the work but if you do it first you'll know what you agree with and disagree with and will stray away from fucktard companies and editors. If your going the test the water route, write your shit up organize it and submit it to a few free/cheap publishing companies and decide which offers you the best deal for what you want. Chances are you're gonna have to do most if not all the marketing sales and contacting the actual distribution centers yourself to get it on the shelves either way you go until you and your choice of company has an idea of what the demand looks like.

But that's just my 2 cents
