@TYSON I don't usually close battles at 3AM PST, I wait until around 9AM EST. And it usually depends on if the person who already dropped accepts. You can take the no show, or wait. But definitely, if anyone doesn't post by 9AM EST, I close battles without hesitation.

Give him till 9 I quess I think he will show.

I haven't competed in a topical league for months. I haven't slept in almost three months (son). My patience is terribly thin.

i actually enjoyed that whole rap album. bronze nazareth is a highly underrated artist imo. as are many Wu-Tang affiliates. HellRazor for example.

have you considered recombining matches that get no showed?

i mean its really not that big of a deal if the topics are different..obviously the voting critiria would a bit different.
focusing less on the topic itself...and shedding more light on HOW that topic was presented..

i mean it solves the no show problem..and to be honest i would rather have a match and feed back than have my verse
showcased...not that im knocking that...i just assume every one would like there writing to win by
competition and not a gimme..

In my other league we experimented this season with no shows....We left them open and if you fed that person it counted as half a vote towards the needed criteria vote. It worked well, obviously scary if a no show gets more love then a real battle, but we didn't encounter that issue.
@zygote - It's all good bro. Verses will never be understood by every person....Won't say sorry, just I missed something apparently. :Shrugs:
