Supplements r really prolly the least important to me honestly. Protein powder is helpful since it's pure protein but I could do without it. I get like 10lbs for 50 bucks tho so fuck it. Creatine is prolly the most important because I'd have to eat a truck full of meat to get the same amount from food that I get from the supp. Im actually done w bcaas an gkutamine cuz i feel like theyre a waste if money. Fish oil helps w joint pain mostly. U could Google omega 3s an get a grocery list of good benefits from it tho.

and word on the fish oil. Have you heard people using gelatin in similar fashion for joints? This old lady at work was telling me that she would actually drink gelatin and it helped her joints.

Also meant to mention, a lot of wrestlers would eat fistfuls of Cracklin Oat Bran post workout. That shit tastes good plain and gotta be healthier than the other shit (I would guess).

no vitamins, that's nerd stuff
1 plain black asos tee shirt
1 pair levis 501 skinny jeans, with DIY distress job (made 70$ jeans look like some shit you'd pay 200 for)
Dig through the 100+ sneaker boxes piled in the closet for some hidden gem I forgot I own, decide the occasion is not special enough to risk harming any of the dope sneakers and put on the same ass black on black huaraches I wear everyday
